The problem will lead to high-temperature of exhaust gas engine, and will damage the piston, valve, cylinder head and other parts, and will leads the gas engine’s speed and power can not be raised. The engine enhanced level will be restricted by the high heat load . The gas generating units will run abnormally and unstable due to the high heat load.
 
Can effectively control the ratio of mixture,  to keep a good start performance high thermal efficiency and good emission.
Control the ga engine’s mixture ratio is an important issue in the technology of gas engine, if the gas engine’s mixture ratio can not be controlled well, the start of engine performance, power, heat load, the gas economy, stability, reliability, and emissions all will be greatly impacted . Our  mixing Device is aequal-percentage pump-film type mixer. It can stabilize the gas source, and the engine will operate well in different conditions. Comparing with the European and some domestic manufactures, who use Venturi tube mixture engine, our engine with good start performance, high power,low  heat load, high gas economy, stability, reliability, and good emissions.
If the gas composition and pressure are unstable, we adopte a closed-loop equal padjustable balanced balanced pressure proportioner and pressure regulation valve (or pontoon-type regulator), which can effectively resolve the impact on the gas engine caused by the gas source’s instability.
Can effectively optimize the combustion system and turbo systems
After many year’s experience in research and development, conbined with the internal combustion engine test theory, we have formed a complete system of optimizad calculation method, which let our engine's average effective pressure raise from the ordinary 6-9bar to 11-14bar. In Brief, the power is nearly 1.5 to 2 times than the domestic product. Reduce gas consumption of the engine, improve the thermal efficiency , greatly increase the engine power and reduce the material consumption , let the gas engine small in size, big power.
Owning to the reasonable organization of the engine combustion system, reducing the exhaust temperature, and cooling system’s heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the engine.
The waste heat of engine exhaust gas can be effectively used as client’s requirement.
Based on the user’s actual demand, we can collocate the waste heat reuse system for the users, which provide hot water, vapor, processing heat. By use of the Lithium Bromide unit to provide heating and cooling, and can also use the exhaust-heat boiler and steam turbine for power generation. Improve the comprehensive utilization rate of energy, so that the integrated thermal efficiency can reach 80 percent or more.

Widely Adaption of Gas
Our generating sets are applicable to various gas pressure and gas composition, gas pressure=2kPa, combustible gas composition rise and fall=20%, gas calorific value=2800 KJ/Nm3(677cal/ Nm3)
There are two types Similar products in the domestic market
One is so-colled Nozzle-Mix Burners, which needs additional compression equipment, increase the gas pressure from the conventional state pressure to 0.15-0.3Mpa, then send into the engine for combusition, can appropriately increase gas engine power and reduce engine heat load, reducing or avoiding the phenomenon of backfire and blasting.
The other is co-called external-mix type, although  can make use of conventional pressure gas to , but can not effectively reduce the heat load of the engine, when increase speed or power  there will be high exhaust temperature, blasting. So it can only use unsupercharged type, resulting in big size, heavy weight, but small power.
Our gas gensets can make full use of conventional pressure gas , high heat load and high-tempered blasting phenomenon will happen. The rotate speed will be at the maximum speed as the engine originally designed, and by utilizing turbocharger to increase the genset power and improving the thermal efficiency .
 
High Mean Effective Pressure
 
The mean effective pressure of engine is the effective power stroke of each cylinder, which ultimatethe cylinder capacity utilization by the actual power output. It is the important technic criteria to judge engine speed output power of each cylinder. The higher mean effective pressure, the higher engine speed and the greater power output.
 
Power per liter is each cylinder's effective power, it is judged by the actual output power of the engine, which has nothing to do with speed, it is the important technic criteria to judge engine speed output power of each cylinder.
 
Our gas genset, in 1500rmp, the exhaust temperature lower than 600℃,importing brand genset output power is not less than 15KW/L,our our Chinese brand genset output power is not less than 11KW/L.
 
Take the Chinese 12V190 diesel engine to transform to gas genset as an example, in the industry the output power is 500KW, engine displacement is 71.4L and power per liter is 7kW/L. Our YIFA and natural gas genset's rated power is 900KWthe exhaust  temperature is not more than 600℃), engine cylinder displacement is 71.4L and power per liter is 12.61kW/L.
 
Low Heat Load of Gas Engine
When the heat load of Gas Generating set ranges from 0-100%, and the temperature at the exhaust pipe is among 500-600℃, which can effectively avoid the fluctuation operation and reduction of longevity caused the high heat load.
 
Lower Heat Consumption
The heat consumption of our gas genset is 9-11MJ/kWh, lower than the domestic similar products.
 
Lower Material Use
As our gas gensent power per liter is large, the gensent self weight is small.. Take domestic models 12V190 diesel engine transform to gas engine as and example, the weight is12tons, if the power is 500KW, the material consumption is 24kg/KW, compare to our 900kw power , the consumption is 13.3kg/KW.
For the current domestic steel price is increaseing, and the iron ore price is soaring, we should forgo the past thick, big and stupid design concept.
 
Good Emission Performacne
In the exhaust emission HC≤200ppm, NOx≤2000ppm, CO≤1%,, is a leading domestic level.
 
Good Starting Performance
As utilize a proportion mixer during the operation and adjust according to  the precise paramerers of the gas , one push start success rate can reach 100%.  The genset can enough to satisfy the requirements of the emergency generator set if collocate the ATS system.
 
Good Speed Control
 
The Germany HEINZMANN digital electronic governor, with the instantaneous transfer rate can be less than 0.2%,  which can be used as the sophisticated power.

Equal Proportion Regulation Technology
 
According to gas composition and pressure to determine the reasonable mixture ratio of gas and air. High-Energy Ignition Technology
 
Ignition system composed by American ALTRONIC ignition ciols, sensors, ignition modules. Ignition coil's primary voltage is 160V, secondary voltage can reach 30000-40000V, with high ignition performance. Use the most advanced Japan’s NGK platinum spark plug , the spark plug with high oxidation resistance, working lite can reach 3000-8000h,. The high-tension lines are the flash-high-tension lines , easy for the personnel to observe the operation of the ignition system. The ignition signal panels can adjust the ignition angular advance, to ensure the genset keeping in the best running status.
 
 
Turbocharged and Inter-Cooling Technology:
 
According to the gas composition and parameters, optimizing the design and utlizing supercharge, inter-cooling unit to increase the genset output power. For the imported brands, in 1500r/ min, the  output power will not less than 15KW/L(engine displacement), the Chinese brands, in 1500r/ min,   output power will not less than 11KW/L (engine displacement). By organizing the combustion system reasonably, the output power is higher, the heat load is lower, the emission is better.
 
Digital Electronic Control Technology
 
Select the most advanced Germany HEIZMANN digital electronic control system to achieve precise speed control, with the instantaneous transfer rate can be less than 0.2%,  which can be used as the sophisticated power. Addition to the high stability and fast response advantages,  it can automatically distribute load reasonably when single unit or many units parallel operation .  It can avoid an unreasonable burden-sharing, reduce impact of generating units' load and increase the life of the unit.
 
Optimized Combustion Technology
 
Through the optimized design of the combustion technology, in the condition of raising the mean effective pressure, can effectively control the jacket temperature and the engine temperature. The temperature of the exhaust manifold stay in 550-600℃, reduce the heat load of the engine, improve the power and reliability. By raising the mean effective pressure to raise the maximum temperature of the thermodynamic cycle, by reducing the exhaust temperature to reduce the minimum temperaturet  of the thermodynamic cycle, thereby improve the efficiency of the engine’sthermodynamic cycle. To ensure complete combustion with minimized air to reduce heatloss and improve the thermal efficiency. And improve the emission of NOx. When the engine on the 0-100% load, the exhaust is HC≤200ppm, NOx≤2000ppm, CO≤1%.
 
Low-Pressure Premix Intake Technology:

Engine Waste Heat Recovery Technology
 
Through adopting the gas engine waste heat recovery technologies, so the integrated thermal dfficiency is no less than 80 percent. We according to user’s requirements, to utilize the exhaust gas engine waste heat, use the intermediate temperate boiler and the and steam turbine generating units, using gas – steam combined cycle power generation. Users may also use the exhaust heat by lithium bromide unit for heating and cooling.We can also use the heat exchanger to provide heating and hot water, and the recycle exhaust can be used for drying, improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of gas.
 
Using various modes of the base structure
 
By use of various modes of e structure to satisfy the customer's different requirements at different conditions. Is the customer have no strict requirements for the noise, we may suggest the lower cost structure.
If the is no engine hall and no requirements for noise controlling, we suggest the canopy type structure or the container type,it is very easy for installation.
Is there is a strict noise control, we can provide silent type structure, to ensure the noise will not more than 82dB at 1m away. If the user's requirements are more strick, we adopt a more stronger moise reduction measure.
 
For the mobile type gas generating sets we can use trailer chassis, canopy or sound attenuated enclosure to meet user's requirements.
 
 Different options for the control system
 
By use of different control systems to meet customer different requirements.
▼Basic control system:T210 or the samilier control module and the sensor to display the speed, power, voltage, currenct, power factor, frequency, oil pressure, water temperature, oil temperature and other parameters. Lower oil pressure, high speed halt, high-temperature alarm shutdown are all controlled automaticlly. Use the RS232 or RS485 communication interface to communicate with the principal computer. Through the exhaust gas temperature logging devices polling engine exhaust manifold temperature and the temperature around the turbine.
ATS control system: When a customer take the gas  generator set as the standby power of the utility power,when the utility power is off the generator start, the utility is on again, then the generator stop.
Parallel Operation control system: When customers need to purchase several units to run at the same time, we provide the automatic or  manual parallel operation cabinet, we can also use automatic load distributor to ensure the genset operating stably.
Grid parallel control system: when a customer need to purchase one or more units to operation parallel, we can provide automatic and manual synchronize cabinet.
DCS control system: When customers need to purchase more than one unitto operate concentrated or decentralized and need a principal computer to control, we can provide customers with DCS for the centralized control  cabinet to  monitor, remote control, date storage, print statements and so on.

According to the requirements of customers, we provide gensets with 400V, 6.3KV,10.5KV and other different voltage levels, and 50HZ,60HZ frequency.
